Individual photography consent for adults
Notice and collection of consent from the photographed adult under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian data-protection law, and Italian image-rights rules.
Section A — Concise processing notice
- Data controller

- Purpose
- Photographic documentation of the activity or project. Photography and retention, private delivery, website publication, and social-media publication are authorized separately.
- Legal basis
- Explicit consent under Arts. 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Processed data
- Photographic image, identification details, and contact details strictly necessary to document consent and deliver the images.
- Recipients
- Technical providers required for storage and delivery. Images may become public on the website or indicated social channels only where separately authorized.
- Retention
- Data is retained for no longer than 5 years from the date the photographs are taken, unless otherwise agreed in writing or withdrawn earlier.
- Rights
- The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability where applicable and may withdraw consent at contact@valentinborsan.art. A complaint may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Refusing any permission does not affect participation in the activity. Online publication is never automatic and is not included in permission to take photographs.
