These terms govern the use of valentinborsan.art, operated by Claudiu Valentin Borșan (“the photographer”, “we”). For questions, email contact@valentinborsan.art.

1. Purpose of the website

The website presents a photography portfolio, articles and creative projects and may allow account creation, public interactions, enquiries about artworks and access to private photo galleries. Some galleries may include free or paid digital packages.

2. Accounts and responsible use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Do not use the website for unlawful activities, unauthorised access attempts, abusive content or infringement of third-party rights. We may moderate or remove inappropriate public content and restrict access in cases of abuse.

3. Copyright and licence

Photographs, texts, graphics and distinctive website elements are protected by copyright law. Unless written permission or an explicit licence is granted, reproduction, publication, resale, modification or commercial use is prohibited.

Downloading photographs from a private gallery grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for private use. Commercial publication, redistribution of original files and resale require written permission.

4. Private galleries and digital delivery

Access to private galleries is limited to authorised recipients through a whitelisted email address and a temporary link. Do not forward the link to others. File availability, access period and included photographs depend on the gallery and selected package.

5. Payments and photo packages

Paid photo packages are purchased through the secure Stripe Checkout page. The applicable price is displayed before payment. Full card details are entered directly into Stripe's interface and are not stored by this website.

Digital content access may be enabled after payment confirmation. EU consumer rights remain applicable. Where required for immediate delivery of digital content, you may be asked separately to expressly agree to the start of supply and acknowledge the consequences for your right of withdrawal.

6. Artwork and service enquiries

Messages or forms concerning prints, artworks or services are information enquiries unless a page expressly states otherwise. Final details regarding availability, price, taxes, delivery and any special conditions are confirmed before a contract is concluded.

7. Website operation

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and secure, but temporary interruptions, maintenance or technical errors may occur. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies. Italian law applies without affecting mandatory consumer protection granted by the law of your country of residence.
