Individual photography consent for minors
Notice and collection of consent from persons exercising parental responsibility under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, and Italian image-rights rules.
Section A — Concise processing notice

- Purpose
- Photographic documentation of the activity or project. Permissions for taking and retaining photographs, private delivery, website publication, and social media publication are requested separately.
- Legal basis
- Explicit consent under Arts. 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Processed data
- Photographic image of the minor, essential identifying details of the minor, and legal representative details needed to document consent.
- Recipients
- Technical providers required for storage and delivery. Only if separately authorized, images may become publicly accessible through the website and indicated social channels, including outside the European Economic Area.
- Retention
- Data is retained for no longer than 5 years from the date the photographs are taken, unless otherwise agreed in writing or withdrawn earlier.
- Rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability may be requested where applicable, and consent may be withdrawn by emailing contact@valentinborsan.art. A complaint may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it. Withdrawal cannot remove copies independently redistributed by third parties.
The protection and best interests of the minor always prevail. Refusing one or more permissions does not prevent participation in the activity. Online publication is never automatic.

Section F — Minor acknowledgement
Where appropriate to the minor's age and maturity, it is good practice to explain the matter simply and consider the minor's wishes. The minor's signature is optional and does not replace the signatures of legal representatives.
