Heart of Winter

Through the cutting blizzard on Mount Terminillo, a black asphalt snake makes its way through the frozen landscape. The snow does not fall, but is carried horizontally by the wind, in a furious dance that envelops everything. The monochrome emphasizes the rough texture of the scene, transforming it into a visceral image about the struggle between the fragile human footprint and the overwhelming power of unleashed nature.
