The Geometry of Silence
Long, vaulted corridors have something hypnotic about them. I chose to convert them to black and white to highlight the perfect lines of the ceiling, the wall textures, and the play of light. The lonely silhouette in the distance gives dimension and a sense of mystery to these massive spaces.
A Splash of Color
A gray, rainy day can be extremely photogenic if you pay attention to contrasts. The wet geometric pavement and historical buildings formed an almost monochrome background, so that bright red umbrella was exactly the element I needed to bring the whole scene to life.
The Glass City
The blue hour is my favorite time for urban photography. The cold sky contrasts beautifully with the warm lights of the streetlamps on the bridge. The river transformed into a massive glass mirror, doubling the beauty of this quiet little town.
Morning Dream
There are mornings when everything aligns perfectly in front of the camera. The dense fog rising from the river, the golden sun breaking through the clouds, and the flawless reflection on the water... It was a moment of profound, almost unreal peace, that I wanted to keep exactly as I felt it.
Lace in Stone
When you stand in front of such an entrance, you realize the incredible craftsmanship of the past. The level of detail carved into this old stone left me speechless. It no longer looks like a simple building, but a giant sculpture that has survived time.
